Girls night out

Our annual birthday Girls night out.
What a bunch of crazy's.
We had so much fun.
What a wonderful birthday. 62 is great......

We have a few drops of rain this week, but we need so much more.
The leaves are turning way early.
This makes one ponder , we are going to need a ton of snow this winter to make up for this lack of moisture. The fire in Newberry is now 80% contained and that is good news.
Garden is so busy right now.
Cukes, tomatoes, apples are coming on big time.
For some reason up here we have always had a bumper crop of apples every other year. So this is the time to put up two years worth. Going to try some apple jam.....well maybe apple butter would be a better thing. Dried apples are also awesome and a great snack.
