For my new Year I pray a Celebration of Peace, Blessings and being open to letting God use me to pour out blessings on others.  Care and be blessings to people... 

Just heard someone say if we need to diet this year lets not concetrate on what not to eat... 

      Lets just focus on eating healthy if we eat healthy the pounds will roll away..  :)
