Nov 21 Well now into winter.... sigh The UP is awesome

I may be one of the most unorganized people I know.

Snow is on the ground.....  Rosie is covered up in her winter coat for now... till maybe end of Jan.

We have had a fun fun Yooper summer.  The UP (Upper Peninsula of Michigan)  is one beautiful place and Lake Superior really does get into your soul.  She is amazing.  Many diff colors and moods.  mmmmmm wonder if we may be related?????

We spent some time at Black River Harbor over in the Bessemer area.  Went to DeLongs Zoo...and may a few camping trips with our good friends Roger and Judy.

Drove the new H58 road a few times which is amazing and so nice.  The trip from Munising to Grand Maria is awesome.
One of the most beautiful falls............. EVER

                                                         Fun day at the Zoo

Another Winter on the horizon........

It has been a very long time since I posted anything on either of my blogs.

Going to try and bring them somewhat up to date.  A good winter project.

This has been an awesome year but a bitter sweet year.
Two new Great grandbabies...on the awesome part.....   Total now 19 grands and greats.
Baker boys brother passing the very bittersweet.  He had a long battle of cancer coming up so we are thankful he was spared without a painful passing.  But boy oh boy do we miss him.  He was my computer guru....the brain of brains when it came to electronics.  He flew up from Naples to help me set up my first computer way way back in the DOS days..he tried to teach me DOS in about 24 hours.
I just looked at him and smiled....  :)  He called me sil.....  for Sister in law for years and years.  His wonderful wife passed just 9 months before him.  We sure do miss ya Ron......may you RIP.
Baker Boy , Nyla, and BIL (Ron)... at Jekyll Island

Woke up yesterday to snow on the ground.  Yippeeeeeeee  What a beautiful site.  It just makes everything brighter and happy this time of year.  Darkness comes so early when we are used to playing outside till 10 in the summer ( till the misquotes drive you crazy and say it is time to go in the house and wind down...)

Thanksgiving week is here and boy oh boy we have so very much to be thankful for.

I thank God for sending His only Son that grace peace and love may abound.  That we may have the promise if we believe, to spend eternity with Him and those passed on before us.

May God give you a blessed week and a month to reflect on all the many blessings... and things we have to be thankful for.

God is good .............all the time
