Grace and Grace and more Grace
We have been blessed with a large family with 17 grandchildren. we are so thankful and so blessed for them. Being a parent has never been an easy job........and it is probably even more difficult today.

Sometimes I feel I have failed terribly as a parent. Then I think of God's Grace. What a comfort it is. What a gift He has given us. We always did the very best we knew raising our children and have ask for forgiveness for our many mistakes. If we had to do it again would we do it different? I think so. My pastor told me the other day.....the only thing we can take to heaven with us is our Children. And That is one of those statements one hears in life I will never forget.

But We know it is not what we do or what we have done. It is what He did..........He did it all.... He came, He suffered and He died that we might live forever. He gives us all the grace and forgiveness we will ever need. For this I praise God...

God's grace and his goodness what a wonderful thing... Someone, somewhere said.....we don't get tomorrows grace today. We get it just when we need it. Boy has that proved to be true.

When I get so upset is when I do not stay into today and receive the grace God has given me for today.
This is such comfort and peace for me ...we don't have to fight tomorrows battles today.........................God is so Good......all the time.

Baker boys is baking bagels today..........and mm are they good.The sun is shining and we just had wonderful company.........what a blessing....It was plenty cold last night we had -6.5 this am....... come on spring...The days are getting longer you can really tell the difference now. We can almost watch all of 6 oclock news in the daylight.
Going to be a great weekend.cause:God is good...................all the time....:)

Super Bowl

Our grandson and His girl came over for Super Bowl Sunday....Baker boy made pizza, yum yum.................Here is a picture on how much fun Alex had.

Our grandson is really really in to the super bowl..... Well Mandy and I are glad he slept for a while, he went ice fishing early and was very very tired. And he was telling us how bad the Giants we going to get beat........... WAKE UP ALEX>>>>>

Mandy and I rooted on the Giants......... Yippeeeeee they won..







..........The sun was out for five min so we know it is there.........COME OUT COME OUT where ever you are..............BB (Baker Boy) is snow blowing the drive. His favorite winter pastime... :)

It seems like the last two or three weeks it has been freezing cold............well more than it seems. It has been. The weather man said yesterday we are going to warm up.........YIPEEE not soon enough for me...Being a weather man has to be one of the hardest jobs in the world at least around the great lakes. It lets us know there is someone greater than we are and He is in control.My thoughts and prayers are focused today on the many people in our life so ill right now. So many friend are hurting with recent losses and so many in pain. It must be part of this getting older. But the thing is they are not all old. May God give them peace and comfort and surround them with His love.Well the weekend is almost here ....May you have a great blessed one God is good........................... all the time....
